The role:

The successful applicant will join a busy team that deals with a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, property litigation and construction. The successful applicant will support the existing team with a broad caseload, including, but not limited to:

• Acting on behalf of businesses and individuals on a wide and varied range of civil and commercial disputes.
• Advising clients on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
• Supporting the Real Estate and Corporate departments with dispute resolution advice.

What this firm are looking for:

• Commercial Litigation experience, ideally from circa 1-8 years' PQE
• Experience specifically within Property or Construction litigation would be an advantage
• The very highest levels of client care
• A dynamic and forward-thinking approach
