How we utilise information
We limit any personal data use to the purpose of which we have been given permission by you, the customer, how we have described in this policy and as necessary to deliver products to you. We might be required or permitted for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.
In line with the above, we deliver and improve upon our service to you, by using various data to understand and analyse the customer base and how we can perform better as a brand. Some of this is done using Web Analytics to understand how we can improve our service.
As listed above, we will also from time to time send communications out to our subscribers via email, SMS or Social Media. We also may use targeted advertisements or promotions on web pages or social media based on the products we sell. These will be displayed to you whilst browsing.
We will never keep personal data for unreasonable periods of time. This will be monitored by our Data Protection Officer.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Third Parties
We do not pass on your personal data to any third party unless authorised to do so. For example if you have purchased services from Mallory Pryce Ltd, a third party could be classed as your Assistant working on your account.
